At Battle’s Cleaning, all services are non-refundable once completed due to the nature of cleaning services. Payment secures your appointment time, labor, and service provided. We are committed to delivering high-quality results. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of your service so we can address any concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any issues to ensure your satisfaction.

Service Satisfaction & Policy Details

  • No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for completed services.

  • Re-Clean Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied, we will return to fix missed areas reported within 24 hours.

  • Timely Communication: Clients must report concerns within the specified timeframe to qualify for a re-clean.

  • Access to Property: Clients must provide access for any follow-up service if needed.

  • Expectation of Results: While we strive for excellence, results may vary depending on the condition of the space prior to service.
